Is applying for a small business loan very black and white, or does it all depend on if they trust that your business, specifically, will be successful enough to pay back the loan?

I had some ideas but I wanted to get some input.
But Jobs that are for females? Not like mowing lawns or dog walking (I live in Florida and there are 1000 of those businesses) but real a business that’s not hard to start up?
