I have been working on a business plan for the past few years and I’m finally getting close to having the perfect plan to open my own clothing store, and I know it will be huge in my city because there’s nothing like it and it also benefits the art community as well.

Here’s the catch. I have no real savings to put in it, and don’t want to take out a loan. Where can I find the right investors, and how do you pitch your business plan to them so they see the greatness of your idea?

This loan program is a “pilot” meaning that the number of loans that can be made are limited a percentage of the total SBA loans approved. My business assists small business owners and this is an excellent program to get credit to business owners but it doesn’t have a champion!

I’ve been at this restaurant since it opened, and we have never received tips. We have a tip jar and a gratuity line on credit card slips, but none of the employees are receiving tips, and they are saying that it is to cover employee meals, where when we had first started they said meals were free. now my question is this… is this legal? i mean, i feel like we’re stealing from the customer, since they think they’re giving it to the people serving them.
